Standard sized orders
£5.45 UK Mainland Standard Delivery - Royal Mail or DPD
£5.45 or free for orders over £100. Despatch times are usually within 2-5 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will email once your order has been dispatched.
£6.95 UK Mainland Next Day Delivery - DPD
£6.95 | Order cut off 3pm (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Friday for Next Day delivery will arrive on a Monday. Excludes the following locations: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland
Outside of UK Standard Delivery
Please note, international orders may be subject to additional duty and import charges on arrival to the destination country. The USA are now charging tariffs for all orders, these will have to be paid before you can receive your goods.
Once we have sent the item we will not be liable to pay any customs charges incurred.
Whilst we have tried our upmost to ensure that our shipping charges are accurate online, there may be times that the shipping costs are higher than we have quoted for due to the weight of the parcel. In this instance, we reserve the right to cancel the order if not enough monies have been paid.
If you are returning larger goods from outside the UK or the fees aren't paid and this gets returned to us, you will be responsible to pay for any charges incurred in getting the goods back to us.

XSmall Furniture
£20 UK Mainland Standard Delivery - APC
XSmall furniture will be sent with the courier APC. Despatch times are usually within 2-5 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched and then APC aim to deliver on a next working day basis.

£65 Small Furniture Two Man Delivery: Domestic Distribution
Domestic Distribution deliver our furniture orders and offer a two-man delivery service. They will carry each item into the room of your choice. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Domestic Distribution will contact you by either email or text to arrange the delivery with you. Please ensure you provide a telephone number when you checkout to avoid delays in delivery.

£100 Large Furniture Two Man Delivery: Domestic Distribution
Our large pieces are heavy, therefore we strongly advise that you arrange for two additional people who can lift, to be on site to assist at the time of delivery. Due to the size and weight of this piece of furniture, we can only guarantee that the item will get delivered into your property. While every effort will be made to put the item into your room of choice, they are not obliged to move anything to a place that they deem could put themselves at risk (i.e upstairs).
Please be aware when ordering that it is your responsibility to check that the item will fit and to make sure access is appropriate. Any return costs payable are to be covered by the buyer.

Two Man Delivery FAQ's
Can I have a Saturday delivery?
Domestic Distribution can deliver on a Saturday, this will incur an extra charge of £50. Please contact our sales team to discuss this
What if I need to delay the delivery?
Please let us know if you wish to delay the despatch of your order within 24 hours of ordering. We are more than happy to hold your order until a time convenient to you
What if my item arrives damaged?
If the item arrives damaged please contact us whilst the courier is still present. If our office is closed and the item needs significant work please ask the courier to take this back to us
What if I need to return the furniture?
Please contact us to arrange the return. You will be liable for the delivery and return charge. The return charge will be the same as the original delivery charge plus 50%
How will I know if the furniture will fit?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to measure all access points when ordering furniture to ensure that the item will fit through doors and any narrow areas. Refused furniture deliveries will incur a return charge the same as the original delivery charge
What happens if I miss the delivery?
There will be a re-delivery charge if a scheduled delivery is missed, (thus failed). The re-delivery charge is the same as the original delivery charge.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If this hasn’t been collected by the courier we can cancel and fully refund your order. If cancellation occurs after our courier has collected you will be liable for the delivery charge and an additional 50% of this
Will the courier unpack my order?
Yes the courier will unpack your order and take away the packaging. We always advise requesting this so you can check the item has arrived safely. You can then sign their Proof of Delivery form to say this has arrived safely
What if I need a specific day for the delivery?
Specific days can be chosen subject to postcode, there will be an additional charge of £30 for this. Please contact sales@daisysnow.co.uk to request this
Will they assemble the furniture?
If assembly is required (ie for a bed) assembly is charged at £90 an hour for full assembly or £45 for a maximum of 30 minutes
Will I be given a time slot?
You will receive an estimated 3 hour time slot the evening prior to your delivery, which is subject to change on the day
What if I need to change the confirmed delivery day?
Please contact the courier immediately if you need to change your delivery date. There will be a re-delivery charge (same as original delivery charge) if a confirmed delivery date is cancelled with under 48 hours notice. Please note, there is a 12pm cut off 48 hours prior to the delivery date.
Is there an option for a cheaper delivery service?
We may be able to offer a 2-4 day pallet delivery, this will be delivered kerbside. Please contact sales@daisysnow.co.uk for a quote.
XL Furniture
Custom Quote
If an item is down as hand delivery, it means it either will need to be hand delivered by ourselves or delivered with a 4 man courier due to the size and weight of the piece. There is a minimum £300 charge towards this delivery unless you are very local to us, but please get in touch at sales@daisysnow.co.uk with your address to get an exact quote.
