Care: Do not over vacuum. Use a gentle setting or brushless vacuum to avoid loosening fibres. Vacuum in the direction of pile. Soft backed only - Machine wash at 30, tumble dry low. The latex backing may lose grip after two washes.

Both rugs should work well. The soft back has a latex coating to give grip, the carpet back is heavy enough that it stops it moving. If you have issues depending on your floor type, you can always purchase a non-slip underlay from multiple home retailers.
Is the soft backed rug machine washable?
The soft backed rug is machine washable, however the latex coating may lose it's grip after two washes. The larger size rugs also may too big for a machine, therefore we recommend spot cleaning.
